Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the ezit app or justezit.com to browse, follow brands or buy products. By using ezit, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ezit.

1. Who we are

ezit is operated by ezit technologies private limited, a company registered in India (CIN U47912MH2025PTC456390). Registered office: 11, 1st Floor, Plot 68, Mithaiwala Building, Kalbadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400002. Email: contact@justezit.com.

ezit is an online marketplace. Independent sellers list and sell their own products on ezit. ezit provides the platform, payments, delivery arrangements and customer support. Unless a product page says otherwise, the seller, not ezit, is the seller of the product.

2. Your account

• You can browse without an account. You need an account to save items, follow brands and place orders.
• You sign in with Google or Apple. We do not store a password for you.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account and place orders.
• Keep access to your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity on your ezit account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). See the Account Deletion and Data Retention page.

3. Products and sellers

• Each product page shows the seller's name and the product details, price and options provided by the seller.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and safety of their products, and for issuing tax invoices.
• Photos and videos may differ slightly from the actual product, for example in colour on different screens.
• We review sellers and listings before they go live, but we cannot guarantee every detail a seller provides.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The final amount, including any delivery charge, is shown before you pay.
• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. ezit does not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed. If a payment fails or is not completed in time, no order is placed and any amount debited is returned by the payment provider.

5. Delivery

• We currently deliver only within Mumbai. You can browse from anywhere, but checkout only accepts Mumbai delivery addresses.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before the seller packs it. Returns and refunds follow the windows for each product category. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

7. Content and community

• Sellers post product photos, videos and stories. Buyers can like, save, follow, comment and report content.
• Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• You can report content or block a user or seller from within the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
• Comments you post remain yours, but you allow ezit to display them in the app.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse ezit. This includes trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with the service, scraping it at scale, placing fake or fraudulent orders, or abusing returns or refunds.

9. Our liability

• We work to keep ezit available and accurate, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, ezit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ezit grows. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and tell you in the app if a change is significant.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
